I present to you Toad, the first of me Mario Bros series. Mario Bros has always been part of my life from a very young age. I have been exposed to it by all my family members, especially my grand-mother and my aunt. It was incredible to see them play! Back then it was the Super Nintendo and they were playing Mario Bros and Super Mario World. They knew all about the little secrets, which was impressive. My grand-mother had learn me how to play, but I never reached her level of expertise. Then there was the Nintendo 64, the Game Cube, the Wii, the Switch (which my husband laugh at me for calling it a Wii...) followed and the Mario games along the way. Therefore, it is my pleasure to create Mario Bros stuff for you guys! Enjoy this Toad!

Eyes and mouth
For the eyes, as you can see I'm not the best at it... he looks at different direction... SO, don't be too hard on yourself and do what you can !
Take your black felt and with your scissors cut an oval shape. Then cut very little white circles and put it on the face like the picture... or do better than me and actually align the white properly.
For the mouth, take your black thread and needle. Insert your needle in the back of the head going forward, that way you will secure more the thread. Then insert the needle two stitch away from where you are and it needs to get out a row bellow and try to align it in the middle of the mouth. Make a loop, or yarn over the ''mouth'' thread so it maintains the shape. Secure the yarn.
Congrats on completing Toad !!!!
